Work model: Hybrid

Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an HR Business Partner in Green Bay to provide human resources process planning and execution to a group of departments. The HRBP will assist with coaching, leadership development, performance management, associate relations, compensation, organizational design and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with all levels of leadership to ensure alignment with organizational values.
  • Advise leaders on the deployment and development of their people.
  • Facilitate talent review processes for assigned business segments.
  • Coach leaders on effective performance management processes.
  • Provide compensation coaching and education to leaders.
  • Optimize associate productivity and work processes.
  • Consult with leaders on performance and legal issues that affect associates and the organization.
  • Collaborate with corporate recruiters to support staffing plans.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in human resources or related field.
  • Two plus years of human resources or leadership experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Can create a welcoming workplace for associates.
  • Able to analyze problems and evaluate data to make well-informed decisions.
  • Can adapt to changing conditions and overcome unexpected obstacles.
  • Able to identify gaps and develop plans to address them.
