We are currently looking for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team! $2,000 Sign On Bonus!

As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator you would be responsible for performing efficient and accurate shipping and receiving, schedule coordination, and inventory control in the warehouse.

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-3:30PM

Pay Rate: $20.50 an hour

A Taste of the Job:

  • Completing daily Shipping/Receiving paperwork including but not limited to internal company transfers and co-packer transfers.
  • Ensuring timely replenishment of finished goods inventory at all external distribution centers (3rd party warehouses) via PO/CO transfers.
  • Checking Receiving calendar and compile proper paperwork (PO coversheets, COAs) for the day's incoming loads.
  • Keeping record of all inbound and outbound loads
  • Assisting in all aspects of inventory control including cycle counts, inventory adjustment forms, and running daily reports on inventory issues.
  • Coordinating mailouts and sample requests with marketing department
  • Receiving and Invoicing plant to DC shipments.
  • Maintaining inventory of pallets by ordering & entering adjustments into the PECO pallet inventory system.
  • Accurately tracking and recording of production by-product.
  • Interfacing with delivery drivers and communicating effectively on next day's needs
  • Gathering raw material to be disposed of.
  • Review and resolve receipt or shipping discrepancies
  • Maintaining warehouse in a neat, clean, and sanitary condition at all times.
  • Writing daily schedule for receiving
  • Occasionally operate forklift to move pallets. Knowledge on use of pallet jack for daily receiving
  • Order shipping/receiving supplies

Path for Success

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience driving sit-down and stand-up forklifts desirable
  • Good math and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience using a database system strongly preferred
  • Inventory control experience strongly preferred
  • Must be highly organized and adept at multitasking
