Job Description
This position will manage design changes and documentation updates needed to support product maintenance. An individual in this role will lead cross functional teams in engineering assignments, on a task-by-task basis and independently plan, execute and direct cross functional engineering projects.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Independent judgment in the evaluation, selection and adaptation of various engineering techniques required. B.S. or equivalent required. Minimum of three to five years professional experience required.

I would prefer someone with a technical background or someone who has experience leading changes to tangible products. This is opposed to someone who has led software only projects.
