Position Summary:

Professional concepts to conduct and / or support analytical studies or projects. Works on problems of limited scope. Acquires skills to fully analyze issues and problems, gather data and information, find and evaluate alternatives and make sound recommendations. Primary areas of responsibility include department-specific human resource-related processes including staff hiring requests, onboarding and orientation for new hires, management/maintenance of staff database and organizational chart, other HR request processing and office management related responsibilities.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $24.71 - $41.86 (Hourly Rate). The Full Salary Range for the salary grade this position is assigned to is $24.71 - $41.86 (Hourly Rate).

Required:
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
  • Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
  • Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
  • Skills to learn organization-specific and other computer application programs.
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
  • Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
  • Basic skills to analyze and research information and learn to synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic program and project management skills.
  • Acquiring knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques.
