JOB SUMMARY:
Direct financial activities for Real Estate Corporation.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage daily reconciliation of cash accounts
  • Delegate authority for the receipt, disbursement, banking, protection, and custody of funds, securities, and financial instruments
  • Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels
  • Execute all accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including managing credit card expense reports and reconciliation
  • Responsible for integrity of the general ledger
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and generate monthly financial statements
  • Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
  • Provide auditors verification of financial results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and non-organizational accounting personnel to facilitate financial activities
  • Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.
  • Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards.

REQUIREMENTS:  (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)

  • Accounting software and spreadsheet knowledgeable

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required.
