Your Opportunity as the Analyst, Category Leadership-Sweet Baked Snacks

Location: Working Remote USA

In this role you will:

* Analyzeand provide recommendations to enhance efficiency/effectiveness

* AssistCategory Management Team in identifying consumer and market opportunities

* Analyzebusiness using multiple data sources such as Retail Link, Syndicated data, Insights, Research Data,Adview,Kantar, Spectra, 84.51, etc.

* Assist Category Advisors and Senior Analysts with development and execution of modular planning process

* Develop analysis that will be leveraged to help growbusiness

* Develop skills to analyze information from multiple data sources/departments

* Develop solutions with respect to product distribution, promotion, pricing, and shelf

* Prepare clear and concise business reviews to help Category Development deliver executable insights toCustomer

* Participate in various training activities to enhance job performance and personal growth

* Assist other functional areas to develop business opportunities and provide information toCustomers

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior sales/marketing analytical work experience or a Category Management internship
• Strong computer and analytic skills(including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role (not required):

• Syndicated sales data software experience (Retail Link, IRI, andProSpace)
• Category Management knowledge and experience
