General Purpose and Scope of Position:

Wilbur-Ellis Agribusiness division seeks a career-minded Class A - Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Truck Driver to be part of a close, efficient team that delivers goods and services to a diverse agricultural customer base. We are looking for someone who can drive a forklift. This job is based locally and will have you home daily.

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:

  • Follow all Federal, State, and Wilbur-Ellis regulations and compliance
  • Attend product training sessions and meetings when necessary
  • Load and unload as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

Key Skills and Abilities Include:

  • Ability to drive a forklift
  • Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 lbs.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Key Personal Attributes Include:

  • Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain Class A CDL
  • Current CDL medical card or ability to obtain one
  • High School Diploma recipient or equivalent
  • Willingness to obtain Endorsements for Haz-Mat and Tank Vehicles

Compensation and Benefits:

  • In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $17.12 - $22.82 per hour. Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.
