Scope of Role

We are looking for a Digital Insights Analyst with curiosity, precise thinking, and a love of solutioning in complex situations to join our Digital Experience team. Join a global team of talented and passionate digital marketers, experience designers, and data analytics specialists who leverage technology along with quantitative and qualitative insights to put our customers at the heart of our solutions that drive impactful business results.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in building and socializing an understanding of the digital customer journeys and their impact on business results. You will monitor the performance of both strategic projects and digital operations standard work and collaborate with subject matter experts so that they leverage the data to find improvement opportunities and help scale best practices.

Most importantly, you will act as a data champion and be an excellent collaborator and communicator who can work cross-functionally to achieve shared success. You will create visually compelling and easy to interpret reports, interpret those reports while incorporating business context from business partners to present findings in a way that is impactful, intuitive and actionable.

Major Responsibilities:

* Analyze customer, digital marketing, and web behavioral journey data and identify opportunities to improve performance.

* Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders by creating and reviewing dashboards, communicating insights, and integrating the business context to connect the 'what' with the 'why.'

* Create reports and presentations that clearly synthesize learnings with actionable insights and actionable recommendations.

* Create case studies of impact to the business from changes to the digital customer experience.

* Collaborate to develop and maintain user personas and journey maps leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data sources.

* Contribute to digital campaign and web measurement strategies.

* Monitor team performance against targets and perform required deep dives to understand context behind the data

* Help maintain knowledge and documentation on key systems and data sources

* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices data analysis and user research.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

* 3-5 years experience of relevant digital analytics experience, preferably for an omni-channel B2B enterprise.

* Strong writing and verbal communications, including research and analytical presentation skills, via various forums to all levels of the organization.

* Strong data visualization skills and design-thinking proficiency

* Demonstrated proficiency in research, analysis, creative thinking, and problem solving.

* Experience using analytics and insights tools Google Analytics/GA4, Hotjar, Qualtrics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and PowerBI or similar.

* Self-starter who can prioritize, manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality deliverables

* Ability to work in a team environment, build partnerships and work cross functionally
