Job Description
Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Wage: $22-$27/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that all production and job shop machines, equipment, and tools are kept in good repair and working order
- Repair machines and equipment when needed
- Install new machines and equipment and perform general maintenance for building and office equipment
- Repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures when needed
- Maintain cooling tower
- Maintain oil and grease levels for machines, equipment, and tools
- Maintenance and repair of vehicles and material handling equipment
- General maintenance of buildings and grounds
- Repair and assist with installation of new office equipment
- Install and set up new machines, equipment, and tooling
- Keep maintenance areas and areas where maintenance is performed neat and clean
- Recommend preventative maintenance and machine updates
- Other duties as required
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent, with some advanced training in electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical operations preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Must be a self-starter and work independently and with minimal amount of supervision
- Ability to operate fork truck
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating, setting up, and repairing machines with mechanical operations
- Willing to work odd hours and overtime on short notice to ensure production equipment is operational
- Lift up to 80lbs as well as push, pull, bend, and stretch
