evcValuation is seeking a qualified candidate to join our Valuation Service team as full-time Associate.
evcValuation is a fast-growing valuation/appraisal firm founded in 2015 and is looking to add entrepreneurial spirited and energetic consultants as we continue to grow. We are looking for individuals who want to share in the excitement associated with the firm’s growth.
evcValuation is focused on providing appraisals of complex properties for various purposes. We have experience valuing assets in the power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical, telecommunications, cement, and general manufacturing industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist project managers on valuation/appraisal assignments.
- Assist in solving strategic issues through various valuation analysis modeling.
- Work closely with Firm’s management team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Strong Excel and Microsoft office skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to occasionally travel throughout the US
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of work experience
- Desire to work towards State Certified General Appraisal licenses and industry designations
- Valuation experience in complex properties
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
