Job Description
This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enter orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center. Job Responsibilities: * Account Management Duties * Data entry, detail oriented and problem solving skills * Follow up with internal departments for customer resolution * Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues * Timely responses and accountable for productivity * Positive attitude , team player , results oriented
