TechConnect is a division of ATI with 25+ years of experience connecting emerging technologies with partnership opportunities. Position Description The Project and Outreach Manger will support TechConnect's technology events and matchmaking programs through tasks such as; relationship building with industry, government and academic partners, speaker recruitment and engagement, conference panel, pitch and other event planning and support, communications and tracking for relationship or speaker capture plans, and general logistics and administrative support for TechConnect leadership. Essential Functions Coordinate with industry, government, project-partners, sales-team and other stakeholders to ensure project or event flow smoothly and meet organizational goals and expectations. Primary point of contact for city, industry, startup, university and government event speakers, participants, and other external clients; and is responsible for answering and resolving issues that arise over the course of the event or project life cycle. Provide updates and guidance throughout the planning process to internal management and external stakeholders. Update Program and Project Databases to capture accurate participation records for future planning and lessons learned. Assemble, edit and proofread program or report documents and materials Perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to speaker/panel moderation, bulk email merges, phone calls, preparing correspondence, and email follow-ups to program and project-related participants and stakeholders.
