Administrative Assistant - Pharmacy

MUST:
Experienced Pharmacy Administrative Assistant
AA , BS or BA degree strongly preferred.
Two to four years experience as office manager or Administrative Assistant. Must be familiar with medical/pharmaceutical terminology.
Maintains department's payroll and all documents associated with it including, Other Earnings, Casual Labor, Time and Attendance Monitoring, etc.
API Time tracking for staff members
Ordering & Stocking supplies
Arranging travel arrangements for team members
