How you'll make an impact:
As a senior leader you will be accountable for developing and implementing scalable marketing strategies and initiatives to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and deliver exceptional experiences for our employees and community members. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for community engagement, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of influencer, ambassador or advocacy-based marketing initiatives.
You will oversee efficient development and execution of internal, chapter, and volunteer communications and marketing strategies. Leads five critical areas including Chapter Marketing Enablement, Volunteer Marketing Engagement, Community Event Marketing, Community Communications, and Internal Comms.
You will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and retaining our employees, chapter members, and volunteers while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and culture values
You will be part of the Global Marketing leadership team and report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
