Job Title	Jesuit Caregiver
Department	Jesuit
Supervisor	RN Case Manager
Job Objective	Under the direction of an RN or LPN, provides and/or assists clients with medication administration, activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation, exercises, light housekeeping, and other tasks designated by the RN/LPN.
FTE	Part- Time 2PM - 10PM
Job Standards	1. Must possess current Wisconsin C.N.A. Certification. 2. Minimum of 18 years of age. 3. High School diploma or equivalent. 3. Ability to communicate professionally orally and in writing. 4. Ability to see, write, hear, and speak effectively. 5. Ability to travel to and from facility. 6. Ability to maintain and safeguard entrusted confidential information. 7. Ability to safely perform all of the essential job functions without causing harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
