The administrative assistant will be responsible for carrying out everyday tasks for the Institute for Diversity Science. These tasks will include managing IDS events such as seminars, workshops, and board meetings as well as creating and keeping track of sign-up forms for these events. Additionally, the administrative assistant will be responsible for managing the IDS budget and streamlining communication between members of the IDS. In general, the administrative assistant is responsible for the smooth and organized operation of the IDS.
