Job Description

Are you bilingual in Spanish? Do you have experience in customer service and building relationships? We are looking for a Bilingual Senior Sales Support Specialist to join a growing team!


You will conduct Sales Support Specialist tasks, but also help assist in the training of the Sales Support Specialist team, but will not have the direct management responsibility of the individuals on the team.

Our client is located in the Fox Valley area and serves a growing community of large and small customers in bakery and food service.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls regarding orders, product and pricing inquires, delivery questions and concerns
  • Process and review incoming customer orders and incoming customer inquiries
  • Support Marketing Campaigns for Coop Members, Board Members, Customers, Savings Direct, and Member Loyalty Points
  • Process territory paperwork such as credits, customer returns, margin change, customer documentation requests, etc.
  • Offer and provide support to other Sales Support Specialist.
  • Maintain and record all customer company and contact information
  • Assist and set up customers and Members with on-line ordering
  • Support assigned Account Managers with tasks
  • Communicate areas for improvements looking for efficiencies and cost savings
  • Review web orders for accuracy and confirm deadlines
  • Identify any lapses and loopholes in the daily processes of sales support team using reports
  • Develop and maintain training documents for the Sales Support Team and ensure all team members are trained on processes
  • Assist in call monitoring of the team and work with the Sales Support Manager to identify areas of improvements and training needed
  • Perform emergency backup for responsibilities for others as assigned

General Information:

Hours: Full time, 7:30am-4pm, Monday through Friday

Length: Temporary to Hire

Pay: $17/hour-$19/hour plus a monthly incentive bonus offered

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Customer service experience, preferably account management
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work comfortably in a dynamic, team orientated environment
