Opportunity at a Glance
The Director of Enterprise Risk Management is responsible for the leadership, innovation, governance, and management processes necessary to identify, evaluate, treat, and monitor the company's operational, strategic, transformational, and high-impact event risks across the organization. In addition, this individual is responsible for leading the evaluation, monitoring, and quantification of risk appetite for the Company's top risks. This individual will continue to develop and mature Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) tools, practices, and policies to analyze and report enterprise risks and further mature Adtalem Global Education's risk management framework. Part of Adtalem's Finance team, and in partnership with the leadership across the organization, this position will report directly to the VP, Treasury and Risk Management.
This leader will oversee, monitor and integrate operational and strategic risk management activities of the organization to manage top risks that can protect or create value. The Director will lead Adtalem's Enterprise Risk Committee through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and key senior leadership. This individual will also present to the Executive Team at least twice per year progress against the goals of the Enterprise Risk Management Program. In addition, this individual will lead policy governance across the organization.

Additional InformationIn support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $97,253.99 and $193,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
