Responsibilities:
- Participate in design, development, and implementation of architectural deliverables, to include components of the assessment and optimization of system design and review of user requirements
- Contribute to the determination of technical and operational feasibility of solutions
- Develop prototypes of the system design and works with database, operations, technical support and other IT areas as appropriate throughout development and implementation processes
- May lead multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provide tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor
- Plan, develop, organize, build, and test service and API integration services
- Research, develop, and document technical design specifications and test scripts
- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
Requirements:
- 8+ years financial services industry experience
- 2+ years Digital and Physical payment implementation experience
- 2+ years proven experience in delivery innovated and newer trends in payments/financial networks
- Experience and understanding form merchant eco systems, show understanding at least one of the following: customer onboarding and sales, underwriting, transaction processing and settlement, transaction security and tokenization, compliance, fraud, AML, DOD,OFAC, instore POS systems, and ecommerce platforms
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to document processes and platform architecture into sustainable documents
- Strong use of visuals skills, ability to convene points with graphics and illustrations
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Payments data/object/service models
- Knowledge of HSMs and security models
- Knowledge of network integration with 3rd party networks including ACH, ATM, RTP, and Card Networks
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or Operations
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in integration services programming and Architecture
- Proven experience working in an application programming position
- Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Ability to simplify complex information
- Familiarity with financial services and payments and payment processing
- Experience working in large organizations and understanding of the culture these large organizations bring
Pay Range: $60.24-$68.24
