MRA (The Management Association) is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner. Work on-site with our members to support their Human Resources needs within a one-hour radius of the Milwaukee area.

As a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner at MRA, you will help our member companies with:

• HR Strategy
• HR Project Management
• HR Systems Implementation & Integration
• Benefits Administration
• Payroll Processing & Administration
• Workplace Investigations
• Employee Relations
• Employee Handbooks & Policies
• Audits
• Compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bilingual for Spanish and English
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Valid Driver's License
• PHR/SPHR certification a plus
