Tool and Die Maker - Grafton, WI

If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join one of our shifts at our Grafton, WI facility.

Primary Responsibilities

• Building new and repairing of existing die consisting of progressive dies, jigs and fixtures
• Holds extremely close tolerances, which will reduce the cost and improve the speed and quality of various production operations
• Lays out and performs bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair dies, jigs, fixtures and special tools
• Performs tool and die maintenance and repairman duties
• Verifies quality and print specifications are met
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements (depending on position)

• 2 year trade school program or equivalent
• Journeyman's Card
• 5+ year's previous experience in building new metal stamping and progressive dies
