Work Location: In-office, Hartland, WI

Compensation: $22-30/hour

Job Purpose:

The Project Administrator performs a variety of administrative tasks essential for the optimal performance of the Executive Team. This role entails close collaboration with the Executive Team to prepare highly confidential documents, coordinate presentations, and manage special projects as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Honor Commitments:

  • Manage executive correspondence, prioritize communication, and ensure commitments to timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Ensure project-related meetings and tasks are organized and executed according to deadlines, honoring commitments to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, optimizing cost-effectiveness and minimizing expenses.

Create Positive Experiences:

  • Provide personalized support to executives, anticipating their needs and preferences to create positive and seamless experiences.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings to enhance engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide administrative support to members of the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Foster Lifelong Learning:

  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in supporting executives.
  • Work on Special Projects: Undertake miscellaneous duties and special projects to support the Executive Team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in fulfilling diverse responsibilities

Exhibit Pioneering Spirit:

  • Support Other Departments: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore innovative approaches and solutions to operational challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in administrative procedures and executive support services.
  • Explore new approaches to project management to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.

Demonstrate Good Stewardship:

  • Handle Confidential Information: Safeguard sensitive data with the utmost integrity and discretion, upholding principles of responsible stewardship.
  • Work on Special Projects: Utilize resources judiciously and efficiently in the execution of projects, aligning with the company's commitment to optimal resource management.

Other Duties as Assigned:

  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree and/or three or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Office Suite preferred.
  • High level of professionalism, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, essential for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
