Scope:

The Quality Internal Audit Technician will own and monitor the calibration and internal audit process and support all third part audits (RBA, NADCAP, AS9100, customers and other audits). This person will primarily work on 1st shift but may have to shift hours at times to accommodate audit requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Keep a working knowledge of AS9100/ISO to support all elements required by the standards
  • Assist in preparation for customer or third party audits including AS9100 and NADCAP
  • Responsible for all internal auditing for the site
  • Responsible for auditing the sites management system by applying accepted auditing standards, procedures, principles, and techniques
  • Prepare reports, documents and procedures in support of QA efforts
  • Monitor and measure environmental conditions
  • Monitor and control of the calibration process for all monitoring and measurement equipment to meet AS9100 requirements
  • Responsible for the calibration, routine inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of instruments, meters, gauges and other testing and measuring equipment
  • Contact and schedule calibration efforts for equipment and machines

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft software

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of manufacturing experience is a plus
  • PCB knowledge a plus

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
