Scope of leadership role

The Regal Rexnord Motion Control Solutions PMO is looking to grow our team. We are a collaborative, dynamic group supporting both Digital Transformation Teams and IT. We spend our days maturing our PMO Practice and supporting projects ranging from internal process improvements to large-scale ERP Deployments. As part of the PMO, we want to expand the business knowledge of the tools and systems. We seek to standardize processes and identify best practices to improve organizational productivity. We are looking for business process owners aligned with functional areas in the business to serve as experts and lead training/information sharing.

This position is located at Regal Rexnord's downtown Milwaukee, WI site. They must be in the Greater Milwaukee Area and willing to be in the MCS HQ Building 2-3 days per week. 100% on-site is not required, but face-to-face meetings will be important. Given some projects will be global, some travel should be expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process owner for their functional area.
  • Work to document and standardize processes across all locations across multiple ERPs.
  • Establish and document best practices and work with sites to expand use of best practices.
  • Create project plans and provide weekly updates on project status.
  • Identify and assist with tracking KPIs to measure success.
  • Align with IT technical leads to be point of contact for support and provide priority of enhancements.
  • Lead and track building of training documentation and conduct audits of training documents to maintain relevance.
  • Identify leading indicators that may signal process gaps or training issues.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline/equivalent).
  • 3-5 years of order to cash experience
  • SAP / Oracle experience in Order Entry / Quote / Pricing
  • Understanding of Order promising and ATP
  • Knowledge of Assemble to Order, Make to Order, and Distribution concepts as it relates to order entry and customer delivery.
  • Ability to work within cross functional & multiple location projects a must.
  • Familiar and fluent in multiple technologies and platforms used by others to transform their business model and industry.
  • Effective communicator. Must show ability to convey complex topics to users with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
