Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer | ServiceNow for a contract lasting through December 2024 working with an insurance company in Milwaukee, WI.
Summary:
The IT GRC team is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join an agile team that's dedicated to maturing the ServiceNow GRC platform. Qualified candidates must have a diverse ServiceNow background with experience administering and developing within a variety of modules in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Qualifications: (Must Have)
- Minimum 3 years ServiceNow development experience
- Development experience in ServiceNow related to ACL's, Client scripts, Business Rules, UI Policy, UI Actions, Workflows, etc.
- Experience with a variety of module implementations
- Experience managing major release upgrades
- Experience working within an agile SDLC environment, utilizing scrum-based projects and user stories to define & work development tasks
- Manage enhancements, cloning and promoting update sets to production
- Conducting testing and defect triage/resolution
- 2+ years ServiceNow administration experience
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
- 3+ years ServiceNow development and scripting experience
- Certified System Administration ServiceNow
- * ServiceNow Certifications
Nice To Have:
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other technologies
- ServiceNow ATF
- ServiceNow Flow Designer
- ServiceNow GRC
- ServiceNow VRM
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Micro Certifications in ATF, Flow Designer, Agile, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence
