Under direction from the Customer Service Supervisor, interact with customers and/or sales representatives to provide information regarding products and services. Work closely with team members, product management, manufacturing personnel and sales to meet customer needs and grow customer relationships. Collaborate with all Bradley team members with a high degree of professionalism.
