Here's your opportunity:

Reporting to Sr. International Account Manager and, additionally, working with the Global Sales Manager, provide take-offs and quotations to our global clientele. Enter - or oversee - entry of orders from global clientele. Respond to customer queries quickly and accurately. Build brand awareness of applicable Bradley products through phone and email campaigns. Team with an International Sales Manager to coordinate activities. Maintain profitability and customer satisfaction.

**This role is located at our Menomonee Falls, WI location. Hybrid work options available once trained.

Here's how you'll contribute:

    • *Provide quotes, product information and administrative tasks.
    • *Work with international distributors to determine project details and requirements.
    • *Ensure all relevant documents are signed and completed; including technical data sheets, submittals, Letters of Credit, etc.
    • *Update monthly customer dashboards, quote reports, and other tracking/informational tools. Sales Force maintenance
    • *Assist in maintaining targeted relationships in our key international markets
    • Gather research on targeted international projects
    • Coordinate printing, translation and delivery of marketing literature, technical and installation documentation.
    • Support distributors with their catalogs/websites by providing up-to-date product photos and descriptions.
    • Assist in product training, email campaigns, and organization of customer visits.
    • Other duties and projects as required.

Here's why we want you:

  • Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, International Business, International Relations or other related field; 1-5 years sales experience, international sales experience is a plus; or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Ability to understand construction plans and perform take-offs preferred.
  • Foreign language ability is a requirement; especially Spanish.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications; ERP experience is helpful.
  • May require flexibility in work hours to contact international clientele in various time zones.
  • Knowledge of Letters of Credit is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of international shipping is beneficial.
