Job Description

Job Summary: As a Senior Campus Recruiter within the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and driving strategies that will attract early career talent to our internship and development programs. This position partners with colleagues in both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources while building relationships with key stakeholders on campus. The Senior Campus Recruiter will bring in top talent to Regal Rexnord to create a best-in-class candidate experience, as well as best-in-class experience for our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own cyclical campus recruiting operations by developing a comprehensive early-in career talent attraction strategy to improve recruiting efficiency and quality. Serve as the primary point of communication with selected candidates from talent attraction through offer/hire.
  • Execute end-to-end early career recruiting cycle from attraction through to onboarding.
  • Consult with early careers leadership team and business stakeholders on strategic initiatives related to the current and future staffing needs of the business and develop the recruiting/sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
  • Manage and lead campus events to build a talent pipeline for internship and development programs. Champion the conversion of successful interns to full-time positions.
  • Plan the selection process for your business area(s)/functional group(s), including aligning competencies to assess and identifying interviewer needs.
  • Interact with students across a variety of external channels including LinkedIn, HireEZ, Handshake, campus events, and employee referrals.
  • Leverage data to lead the development and execution of campus recruiting and early talent strategies. Manage campus metrics (e.g. acceptance ratios, intern conversions, diversity, quality of hire, targeted school scorecard).
  • Maintain understanding of innovative recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices, while staying up to date on trends in university recruiting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 or more years of talent acquisition experience
  • 2 or more years of campus recruiting experience.
  • Project management experience
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting across social media, crafting Boolean search strings, and email drip campaigns).
  • Hands-on experience managing talent pools and candidate pipelines within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to support frequent campus travel and occasional after-hours events
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Prefer candidates based in Milwaukee or Chicago areas
