This position will be based onsite at our TimberPro facility in Shawano, Wisconsin! The target start date for this role is Summer 2024 and has the potential to be extended into the school year. We offer full-time hours during the summer and flexible part-time hours during the academic year.
- Create/update assembly work instructions
- Utilize AutoCAD & Solid works composer to improve processes
- Support new product development projects (Skidder and Log Loaders)
- Update/Develop routings for assembly process
- Pursue process improvement ideas and capture cost savings
- Support operations and shop employees (prints, tools, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Apply lean Manufacturing principals for continuous improvements
- Pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering or similar, from an accredited college or university
- Juniors and Seniors preferred level student in good academic standing
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards a goal
- Excellent organization and personal time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
