• Tentatively May through August.
• Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; start date/hours can be flexible.

Essential Duties:

• Cutting and trimming grass around monuments and markers.
• Maintaining flower beds; planting, mulching, weeding, watering, and trimming hedges or shrubbery.
• Assisting with burials as needed.
• Related duties as assigned.

• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to operate equipment in a safe manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must comply with City policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Experience on zero-turn mower and trimmers

• Work is performed mostly outdoors; hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate equipment and machinery.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, prolonged visual concentration and the ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear; use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is frequently exposed to adverse weather conditions including, wetness and humidity; and to other unpleasant conditions such as dust, odors, noise.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally in excess of 50 pounds.
