Up to $15,000.00 Sign On Bonus for Eligible Candidates

As the Nurse Manager of our Rehab/Short Term Stay Unit you will coordinate nursing services and monitor the health status of residents residing in Rehab Unit in the Healthcare Center at Luther Manor. Additionally, you will make daily rounds on neighborhoods to observe, examine and evaluate resident care, inspect environment and evaluate staff interactions, performance and documentation. This position is a critical role at Luther Manor to ensure our residents are healthy, safe, and well-cared for.

• Current Wisconsin licensed Registered Nurse (preferred) or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Previous Experience working in a Rehab Unit a plus!!!
• CPR certified.
• Knowledge and experience in supervision, minimum of 2 years experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current professional theory and practice, minimum of 2 years of experience in long term care.
• Good communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Must demonstrate sound judgment, maturity and emotional stability in dealing with residents and staff.
• The mobility to spend the majority of work shift standing or moving about the Health Care Center.
• The mobility to respond quickly in emergency situations in all areas of the Luther Manor campus.
• The physical strength to move or assist residents as required in emergency situations in all areas of the Luther Manor campus.
• Knowledge of HFS132 Regulations.
