The continued expansion of our Site Design Services Division has created a new opportunity for a Civil Designer in our Brookfield, WI office. Our Site Design Services Division has a well-respected history of providing a real-estate mindset to land developers and owners in markets, including: education, health care, industrial, office, residential, retail, mixed use and senior living. This position will support design and technical aspects for site development and redevelopment projects. It will require a candidate who is passionate about their work, eager to learn, and always ready for new challenges.

Civil Engineer - Site Design - Hybrid - Responsibilities:

• Preparing site civil engineering plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, and utility plans.
• Performing hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and preparing stormwater management plans and reports.
• Completing regulatory authority research and permitting.

Requirements

Civil Engineer - Site Design - Hybrid - Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in land development design and civil engineering with experience site related elements for retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, or mixed-use development/redevelopment projects.
• Experience in water distribution and sewer collection systems design, parking lots and roads, erosion and sediment control, from initial project planning through construction phase is preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology and hydraulic software,
