100% FTE between Monday-Friday. 4 days/week, hours fall between 7:00 am - 5:30 pm. No weekends, holidays, or call.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant:
Education:
If Nurse Practitioner:
Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program
If Physician Assistant:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
If Nurse Practitioner*:
If Physician Assistant*:
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
*Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice.

- UW Health's new state-of-the-art ambulatory facility will transform the patient experience and offer cutting-edge proton therapy. This 469,000-square-foot ambulatory facility will house many specialties, including women's complex care, adult cancer care, advanced imaging and laboratory services and innovative clinical trials. It will be located across from East Madison Hospital on Eastpark Dr. and is slated to open in fall 2024.
