Job Description

We are currently looking to fill the following Floor and Carpet Care Supervisor position:
MONDAY - FRIDAY EVENINGS
10:00am - 6:30pm
$25.00 / hour
*Valid drivers license required
Job Purpose:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as stripping/scrubbing/waxing floors, carpet extraction, construction clean ups, window cleaning.
Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:
Experience and Education: past use of carpet extractors and floor machines is a plus

Job Purpose:

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
- Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
- Extract carpets
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
