CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE opportunities with our client, an award winning call center! Assist customers over the phone, via chat, or email in a professional and supportive environment. These are on-site positions, located in Stevens Point.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking incoming telephone calls, emails, or web chat inquiries from customers and assisting them with answers to their questions regarding their account(s)
- Utilizing multiple computer programs to locate and log customer information
- Meeting daily productivity standards in accordance with department goals
Schedule:
- FULL TIME opportunities; will work Monday - Friday & every 3rd Saturday ($50 bonus when working Saturday!)
- 1ST SHIFT (schedule between 8am-7pm) or 2ND SHIFT (schedule between Noon - 10pm) options
- NO HOLIDAYS
- PAID 3 WEEK TRAINING period, 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday
Pay:
- $19/hr 1st Shift
- $20/hr 2nd Shift
- $50/day bonus for Saturday work!
These are long term temporary positions with temp to hire potential for those who excel in this role!

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior Call Center experience is highly desired!
- Must be comfortable on computers and have the ability to learn new software programs quickly
