This is an entry-level, full position.  
We are currently seeking a creative, ambitious candidate to join our team as a Professional Sales Representative in our Mailbox sales department.

General Duties:
· Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
· High volume call center environment
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries
· Handle and resolve customer complaints
· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
· Provide pricing and delivery information
· Perform customer verifications
· Set up new customer accounts
· Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
· Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
· Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
· Manage customers' accounts
· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
· Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
· Record details of actions taken
· Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
· Maintain customer databases
· Manage administration
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
· Follow up on customer interactions
· Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

· Potential for commissions after a 120-day probationary period.
· College degree preferred.
· No prior experience necessary, one year of sales experience preferred.
· Strong verbal communication skills.
· Willingness to make a high volume of outbound calls.
· Willingness and ability to learn product information.
· High level of self-initiative and follow-through in completing assignments.
· Capable of handling a large volume of work accurately and promptly. A high degree of personal organization and ability to prioritize projects.
