Anchor Hospital is seeking a Dynamic and Talented Expressive Therapist, PRN
Established in 1986, Anchor Hospital specializes in the treatment of behavioral health and addictive disease disorders for teens, adults and seniors. Our mental health facility in Atlanta, Georgia is located on a secluded, 55-acre campus, less than three miles from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and is accredited by the Joint Commission. Our continuum of services includes a 24/7 free, confidential psychiatric assessment by Georgia behavioral health professionals. The Expressive Therapist will serve as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and provide therapeutic expressive therapy services to patients. Providing Multi-Modality Group Therapy services Therapy Services to patients in one or more programs of the hospital within the therapeutic milieu. Responsibilities include group implementation, individualized documentation, the provision of a safe and therapeutic milieu, crisis intervention and assistance in activities of daily living, as needed.

Physical Requirements: | Medium demand, mentally. Requires extensive time sitting, writing, and talking on telephone. Ability to assist in crisis intervention, physical intervention with out of control patients. |
