IT HELPDESK INTERN SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Basic Functions:

  • Provide desktop end-user support, PC setup/configuration, and resolution of IT Client Services requests.

Essential Functions:

* Provide technical support to end users in support of hardware, software, peripherals, and network infrastructure.

* Build and deploy Apple and PC computers with associated configurations.

* Inventory, image, and maintain asset records for inventory.

* Maintain and enforce corporate hardware and software policies.

* Queue into online helpdesk ticketing system, to create, track progress and status, resolve and close tickets.

* Attend regular staff meetings to report on tasks and progress.

* Act as a resource for all employees regarding technical IT questions and training.

* Backup for IT staff.

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Ability to collaboratively work in a fast-paced team environment, with a large global customer base.

* Possesses skills within Microsoft 10/11; MacOS, and Office 365 suite.

* Outstanding customer service skills and rapport.

Requirements:
Education High School (or equivalent work experience)
