Your role and responsibilitiesServices Strategy: Lead the annual update to the Strategic Plan in collaboration with the leadership team, focused on creating value for the organization and its stakeholders to increase market (installed base) penetration
Contribute to Mergers & Acquisitions partnership activities, aligning local activities to current business strategy
Marketing Plan: Analyze and track market trends, innovation and customer requirements related to the service business and determine competitive attributes, prioritization and value proposition
Create the annual marketing plan in coordination with key stakeholders, importantly Communications, setting specific marketing goals and marketing strategies aligned with business targets
Portfolio management: Manage Modernization service portfolio within the local business unit, throughout the product lifecycle
Lead price sensitivity and realization analysis. Deploy pricing strategy
People leadership and development: Leads the US Modernization Offer Management team. Ensure (with HR Manager support) that the team is properly organized, staffed and skilled. Guides, motivates and develops direct subordinates within HR (Human Resource) policies
