Shift: 1st shift flexible 7 am to 5 pm with occasional weeknights and weekends

Job Summary:
As the Physician Liaison, your key responsibility is to cultivate and nurture robust connections with targeted referral sources. Implementing strategic field call approaches, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing service line and program volumes, aligning with Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin's growth strategies. We value candidates who can quickly develop a solid grasp of prioritized clinical diagnoses and procedures across our specialties. Previous experience in a clinical setting or physician relations is preferred. This role encompasses travel throughout Milwaukee South, Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, making a candidate residing in this area desirable. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will be the positive face of our health network, representing our brand, capabilities, medical staff expertise and patient experience to referral sources, and fostering and strengthening crucial health system relationships. Meticulous documentation of field activities in a CRM is essential to ensure a comprehensive record of interactions and support strategic decision-making and demonstrate value. Travel is a vital component within your territory, including occasional weekends for educational events. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of three years of outside, field sales experience is required.

Experience in physician/practice relationships is preferred.

Clinical experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, or healthcare focus is required. In lieu of a related degree a minimum of 2 additional years of relevant experience is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including physician relationships.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

Valid Drivers license is required.
