Support all communication aspects of the Foundation's philanthropic work spanning events, annual giving, stewardship, development, and corporate giving. Serve projects and stakeholders from end to end, and partner with internal and external partners to complete the body of work. -Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, or communications required. -5 years of experience in marketing, communications and/or nonprofit required, with demonstrated experience in both digital and traditional channels. -Demonstrated content strategy experience as well as ability to execute. -Exceptional written and oral communication and proofreading skills; including the ability to absorb detailed program information, distill and write in a compelling and concise manner. -Proven ability to initiate, plan, organize, direct and control projects with a minimum of direction. -Exceptional people skills including the ability to interact with a wide range of people including fundraising, medical, and finance staff, as well as donors and patient families, in driving forward projects, building relationships and obtaining information. -Proven track record of prioritizing workload and the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects in a fast paced environment in both collaborative and independent environments. -Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite - esp. Word, PowerPoint and Excel. -Basic proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and general print production principles preferred. -Solution-oriented, proactive, and adaptable. -Experience using email marketing/marketing automation platforms, highly desirable, but not required. -Experience with simple video capture and editing highly desirable, but not required.
