The Clean Water Center is a subsidiary of AO Smith, an industry leader and international manufacturer of water heaters and water treatment equipment. The Clean Water Center is your one stop water treatment resource. We provide extensive testing, inspection, consultation and treatment to solve water quality issues of any kind. The Clean Water Center is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to facilitate the marketing, sale, installation and service of residential water treatment solutions. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for diagnosing customers water conditions and recommending proper treatment solutions for the families needs and wants. After the sale of product this position will provide the installation team with the information needed to properly install the treatment solutions and will provide quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction and company expectations have been met.

Primary Function

The Project Coordinator will assist with the scheduling of service and sales appointments and direct customer questions to the appropriate department. This position will be a key contributor to marketing and growth initiatives

Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate the sale of water treatment systems
  2. Key contributor to marketing and growth initiatives.
  3. Coordinate the installation and service of residential water treatment solutions
  4. Responsible for diagnosing customers water conditions and recommending proper treatment solutions for the family's needs and wants
  5. Provide quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction and company expectations have been met
  6. Assist with the scheduling of service and sales appointments and direct customer questions to the appropriate department
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Years of Experience
Minimum of 1 year related work experience
