Position Overview

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for directing all aspects of Maintenance in our Green Bay operation.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the selected candidate will develop and implement predictive, preventive and TMP programs, as well as being responsible for coordinating Maintenance efforts for the outlying divisions. The Maintenance Manager will direct the efforts of an 18-person staff in a union facility.

Qualifications

- BS Degree in Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of Supervisory experience preferred
- Adhesive or Pressure Sensitive experience is a plus
- Knowledge of coating processes, converting and web handling equipment
- Excellent supervisory and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to get along well with others is a requirement

The Coated Products Operations consists of three manufacturing plants, 4 Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings.
