Job Description:

As the Executive Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Rite-Hite Corporation, you will hold a strategic leadership position, overseeing the entire spectrum of operational functions and driving excellence throughout the organization on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership in developing and executing strategies for global operational excellence that align with the company's mission and values.
• Long-Term Manufacturing Footprint: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the long-term global manufacturing footprint, optimizing operational and manufacturing efficiency.
• Supply Chain Expertise: Serve as the expert in global supply chain efficiency, working collaboratively to enhance processes and ensure optimal performance.
• Champion a lean process optimization culture throughout the organization.
• Collaboration with Product Companies: Work closely with product companies to ensure products are developed and designed with optimal manufacturability, maintaining a dedicated focus on each product category.
• Global Operations: Leverage global experience to coordinate and enhance operations across facilities, including regular travel to all global plants.
• Manufacturing Process Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in different manufacturing processes and various functions within operations.
• MES Implementation: Justify and lead the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), with a focus on continuous improvement and ongoing support.
• Production Scheduling and Planning: Oversee global production scheduling, planning, and transportation, ensuring seamless operations on the business side.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree is a requirement. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in executive leadership roles focused on global operational excellence.
• Global experience is a significant plus, with a willingness to travel internationally.
• Proficiency in various global manufacturing processes and functions.
• Experience in MES justification, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Strong background in global production scheduling, planning, and transportation.
