This Administrative Associate will be instrumental in supporting several of our Cardiology subspecialty programs/providers within Heart Transplant, Heart Failure, Cath Lab and Fetal Heart.

You will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments with patients and other internal/external contacts, processing prior authorizations, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and helping with meeting preparation such as presentations and agendas.

This position requires:

  • An Associate's degree

  • Three years of similar administrative experience

  • Strong preference for candidates with a good technical skills set when it comes to Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Execl for tracking information and Outlook

  • Prior experience in EPIC and processing prior authorizations is a plus

Hybrid working schedule - 3 days in the office.

Monday through Friday - 8am-4:30pm, flexibility to come in at 7am for meetings as needed.
