Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0800-1630

Job Summary:

*Administrative Assistant Associate for a system-wide Language Services department. Position provides dispatching, interpreter scheduling, and extensive phone interactions that may require real-time problem solving or troubleshooting.

Supports department(s) with various administrative tasks including but not limited to reception, phone support, scheduling, maintaining records, and monitoring inventory/supplies. Additional responsibilities may include supporting leaders with Kronos, Epic scheduling, budget tracking, reporting, billing, and data entry. Duties may vary by assigned area.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

1 year of secretarial or 3 years of clerical experience.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School Diploma / GED.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

  • Ability to use discretion with handling sensitive information. Competence in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Candidate should have strong critical thinking skills, basic medical terminology, ability to remain calm, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service for internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge and experience with the following tools: SharePoint, Outlook, and EPIC. Position may provide over the phone assistance for Limited English Proficient (LEP) customers using a language vendor interpreter.
