Position Summary:

In the Senior Talent Development Program Manager position, you'll play a vital role in developing the talent we need to accelerate our organizational transformation and drive business growth. As a key member of the Talent Development team, you will design and lead programs to develop high-potential talent and strengthen our leadership pipeline. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs and customized learning solutions to build the critical skills and competencies our Partners need for the future.

  • Experience partnering with learning solutions vendors to design customized development experiences.

  • Proven experience facilitating small and large group development sessions.

  • Ability to scope, design, and implement learning curriculum, curated learning paths, and customized learning solutions.


What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Design and lead talent development programs to develop emerging leaders and address key talent needs, including our Emerging Leaders and Advanced Development Programs.

  • Lead our Rotational Development Program to prepare high-potential talent for business leadership roles and manage senior leader stakeholders.

  • Design and implement new talent and learning programs to bridge talent needs and key skill gaps to accelerate change and transformation.

  • Own our Partner development learning portfolio, including our full offerings of curated on-demand learning paths, learning experiences and instructor-led sessions aligned to Direct Supply Competencies and key skills.

  • Advance and evolve our AI & Tech Skill learning program to upskill Partners and leaders with the skills needed to apply AI and new technologies within their business to impact change and transformation.

  • Curate personalized learning experiences to support the development of key talent.

  • Ownership and facilitation of select learning courses and experiences.

  • Provide strategic guidance on our orientation and onboarding program design and content.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Development or related field designing and leading learning and talent programs.

  • 3+ years of experience working with a technical workforce curating content on data literacy, ML/AI, technology leadership or related topics.

  • Experience adapting learning and talent programs and practices to work within a company's culture.

  • Effective analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills.

  • Experience working within Workday Learning or other learning management system.
