Job Description
Quality Inspector

3rd shift: Sunday- Thursday, 9pm-5am
Pay: $16-$20/hour


Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Dimensional and visual inspection of incoming components and materials
  • First/last piece inspection of manufactured parts and assemblies
  • In-process auditing of ongoing production
  • Inspection of Secondary operations, and Final Inspection prior to shipment
  • Perform basic pre-control charting when applicable
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of the documented Quality System related to job function
  • Participate in the development and improvement of the company's documented Quality Management System
  • Use of calipers, micrometers, functional gauging, cylindrical plug and ring gages, weight scales, and other basic inspection equipment
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
  • Good math and reading skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Good attendance and work habits
  • Ability to work independently and make consistent decisions
  • Willingness and ability to be trained in the job function and system requirements
