Brief Description of Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with all Prevea providers to manage patients or families regarding prevention, early identification, and treatment of mental or emotional problems.
Assess and manage patients referred to behavioral Care to facilitate access to appropriate services.
Provide ongoing direct psychotherapy and family therapy.
Involvement in education and consultation programs for the community and Prevea employees.
Participation in the development and implementation of programming.

Performance Requirements:
Education/Experience/Certifications:
Completed Master's Degree graduate who is looking to complete the 3000 hour requirement for Licensing in the State of Wisconsin. Therapist to interface with all clinical practice areas.
Non-Essential Duties: Other duties as assigned or requested by Supervisor within scope of practice
Typical Working Conditions:
Office setting, well lighted and ventilated, adequate space.
Typical Physical Demands:
Sedentary position with prolonged sitting. Occasional stress from multiple projects. Requires full range of hearing and vision correctable to 20/30. Requires fine manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination for use of computer and other office equipment. Required to work under stressful conditions. May be exposed to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.
