This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Coordinator.

JOB OBJECTIVE: The Warehouse Coordinator will play a pivotal role in our organization's warehouse operations by ensuring the efficient and strategic receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. With a focus on accuracy, safety, and space optimization, the Warehouse Technician will contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers while maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment.

CORE DUTIES:

  • Daily replenishment of all primary bins including all pickable locations and vendor managed inventory.
  • Monitor material usage in Business and Central (ERP) to make strategic stocking decisions
  • Strategically create new stocking locations for new material based on usage and space requirements
  • Drive inventory layout improvements to ensure appropriate stocking levels are determined and space is effectively being utilized.
  • Coordinate with Procurement Specialist to ensure any shortages are known
  • Complete the receipt of inbound material. Unpack and check goods received. Process purchase orders to receive in the inventory and physically deliver product to the correct location
  • Complete any inbound inspections needed for critical materials
  • Complete weekly and monthly cycle counts
  • Coordinate small parcel outbound shipments including shipping goods to Field Engineers
  • Monitor and create 3D printed material and RFID passes based on demand
  • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and report any maintenance needs promptly
  • Projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Pick orders and support Production technicians
  • Complete customer configurations
  • Understand essential duties of the Logistics coordinator
  • Back up Logistics Coordinator during absences

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 years of warehouse related job experience
  • Able to work, prioritize and delegate independently
  • Ability to write SOPs and Work Instructions
  • Ability to gather and analyze inventory data from an ERP system
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Able to sort through multiple tasks and prioritize based on deadlines independently
  • High level of communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly process driven with ability to develop and document process improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Forklift Certification

  • Experience with engineering methods (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, data analysis, etc.)

  • Experience with Business Central ERP system and other Microsoft Office Products

  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 Certified production environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to occasionally move objects ranging in weight up to 100 pounds up to one hour per day.
  • Ability to work on your feet consistently throughout the day
  • Standing for long periods, kneeling, crouching, etc.
  • Ability to work in areas of limited space.
  • Ability to work overtime, evenings or weekends as requested to complete production and service responsibilities.
